Step 1: Initial Consultation & Vision.

  • Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budget range

Step 2: Design Development & Preliminary Budget

Align the floor plan, site, and budget early.

This is where ideas begin taking shape in a more defined way.

  • Evaluate overall building footprint and orientation
  • Develop first-round concept pricing

At this stage, we confirm:

Step 3: Finalize Plans & Selections

Goal

Lock in scope before construction begins.

Once the layout is set, we move into detailed planning.

  • Update pricing based on finalized plans and selections

By the end of this phase:

With permits approved and selections substantially complete, construction begins.
