Building a custom home can feel complex.
Our process is structured to make it clear, predictable, and manageable—especially if this is your first time building. Each stepbuilds on the last, keeping design, budget, and construction aligned from start to finish.
Step 1: Initial Consultation & Vision.
Goal
During this first phase, we focus on listening and clarifying direction.
Understand your vision, priorities, and investment range.
- Discuss your lifestyle, must-haves, and long-term goals

Step 2: Design Development & Preliminary Budget
Goal
Align the floor plan, site, and budget early.
This is where ideas begin taking shape in a more defined way.

- Evaluate overall building footprint and orientation
- Develop first-round concept pricing
At this stage, we confirm:
- The home fits the lot properly
